Quality Management System
RoadReporter is a quality management system that combines quality assurance and quality control to assist road maintenance companies with their ISO 9001/14001 compliance reporting.
Manage Daily Workflow
Daily workflow is managed by tracking identified deficiencies using trouble tickets/work order forms (see work identification below). Regular road patrols and scheduled inspections are managed using the highway and bridge inspection forms.
Work Identification
Work ID is used to when work are scheduled to start, to be completed (as stated in the contract) and the actual completion date of the work. Push technology is used to transfer (similar to email) task lists and assigned work orders to the specific foremen and field technicians.
